During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the spacious and well-furnished room, with two balconies facing the beach, which gave me a mesmerizing view. The prime location of the hotel, only 5 km away from the city center, and with beach access, was quite convenient. Apart from this, the price was very affordable, and it was a plus point to be away from noise since I was the only guest on floor 15.
Housekeeping often forgot to restock toilet paper and takeout dirty pillow covers. the restaurant staff could barely communicate in English, and they made mistakes with my breakfast request.

The hotel had a great location with easy access to the beach. the spacious rooms were well-appointed, had comfortable furniture, and offered stunning views of the sea. the staff was friendly and helpful, making sure our spa experience was enjoyable. Despite the language barrier, the restaurant staff was adequate.
The housekeeping was disappointing, failing to restock essential supplies and leaving the room in a somewhat untidy condition.

The view from the room was great with two balconies both facing the beach. the room size, decoration, and furniture were just as I wanted. the hotel is located away from the city center, which was great for me to avoid the noise.
The housekeeping staff forgot to provide me with some basic amenities such as the toilet papers and clean pillow covers, which was inconvenient. False advertisement about the beach access needs to be updated.

We loved our room with its spacious layout, beautiful decor, and two balconies facing the beach. The staff at the spa was especially wonderful, as they were friendly, communicated well in English, and provided excellent service. The location of this hotel was fantastic, right on the beachfront and away from the noise of the city center. Additionally, the good value for the price made this an excellent stay.
